In the news:

California, Florida schools and the operator of John F. Kennedy International Airport are shifting out of the U.S. auction-rate bond market as almost two out of three auctions fail to attract bidders.


Gasoline prices jump to their highest level since last June. Many economists are predicting prices to set a record this spring with estimates ranging from $3.40 to $4.00 a gallon.
